From the first consultation to the finished work, I could not fault anything. Ricky came out for the quotation, he was very professional and we were advised of the style of windows for the kitchen with the handles on the bottom so easier to open. I received emails with quotes and pictures of how it would look when finished. Rob and Liam turned up to start the conservatory, again very professional and explained what was going to happen, later in the week 2 others started the windows. Couldn't fault anything and because of that we have ordered a new patio door to be replaced from them. Would highly recommend this family company.

I wish more trades were like RLM windows. They are friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable from first contact all the way through to after sales advice. The quality of their products is top notch, and their skill at installation is absolutely brilliant. We had a conservatory replaced by them a few years ago and it was superb, and recently had bifold doors, roof lanterns and a composite door installed. They look beautiful and work flawlessly. The staff are really helpful and very careful in your home. Very highly recommended.

I give 5 stars not very often because I am picky, but with RLM, I have no choice - they deserve 5 stars. First of all, their staff, Calum and Sean, are doing a fantastic job; they are very friendly and very good workers. The quality of work is amazing. RLM uses only high-quality products.

We recently used RLM Doors and Windows to replace our front door and had a great experience from start to finish. Jo was very helpful during our showroom visit, and the owner, Ricky, went the extra mile to help us source a specific design that was a bit out of the ordinary. The quote was competitive and the lead time was exactly as promised. The installation was handled by Jeff and Robbie, who were highly professional throughout the day. They did an excellent job and left the house spotless. Ricky followed up afterwards to ensure we were happy with the work. Great local service—highly recommended.
