Households in West Denton needing urgent window and door repairs have found a consistently responsive service from this Newcastle upon Tyne firm. Customers in several reviews describe same-day attendance, including one who called late in the week and had the problem addressed within hours. Jammed windows and a front door were freed during a single visit, and on another occasion a broken pane was boarded up before a replacement unit arrived a few days later.

Reviewers frequently point to the efficient and friendly manner of the work, and a detail many reviews return to is how a difficult job was made to look straightforward. Charges are described as reasonable for the tasks completed, with quotes given at the point of inspection, and the politeness of those attending is noted again and again. Cameron is named for arriving promptly, securing the damaged window and then returning to finish the glazing work. Appointments were arranged without difficulty, and feedback indicates customers would return for both emergency call-outs and planned replacement glazing.
