4.3 / 5 · 41 totalneeded a bottom door panel to replace a glass one-due to the need of a cat flap for our aging moggie ! went to the unit with the measurement I required, very helpful lady at reception, returned yesterday to order & it was ready to collect today ! Fair price & very quick turn around, excellent stuff 👏
I would definitely recommend these guys as they were brilliant from start to finish. The attention to detail and help when choosing from their range of products to the finishing touches, as all of the windows and doors were replaced, was exemplary. The cottage is definitely quirky with not a straight wall to be seen and my choice of an equally quirky bright pink cottage door meant that the fitters were challenged, however the finish is fabulous. As i said i would highly recommend Travis and his team :)
RightPrice installed many windows in our three-storey property. We were also renovating the house at the time and Travis helped us with ideas for the design (brightening and opening up areas with French doors etc.). The windows and doors look stunning and help keep our house warm in the winter months. We are delighted with the aesthetics and the comfort they provide. Now so much light (and heat from the sunshine) comes into our house! Their (especially Sarah’s) commitment to customer satisfaction is also exceptional. I followed up long after fitting was complete - renovations always take longer than you think(!) – and due to settling of the walls/frames, a slight gap had opened up between the window and the frame. When I called Sarah she was very helpful and arranged for one of their fitters (Mike) to return and make minor adjustments to the window. Mike was able to adjust the spacers around the frame to ensure the window fitted perfectly again! Such honourable people and I appreciate everything you have done for us! Thank you all so much!!
Short version- very friendly, cheapest price I could get anywhere and installation was quick painless and looks great. Long version- needed 8 windows and a door. We got lots of quotes. From the companies which start with A (there’s a few!) to the ones you see advertised everywhere. We had lots of salespeople come out and give quotes this helped actually working out what we wanted but all were very expensive and some had only days until the prices magically doubled! So after a Google I emailed Right Price PVCu asking for a quote and they replied and said no need for someone to come out just tell us what you need and sizes. So I replied with exactly what I wanted and the sizes and within a few days came back with a price over a thousand cheaper than anyone else. We had a few back and forward emails where I changed what I wanted and she amended the quote and all the time very patient with me. We then paid a deposit and had to wait for the bits to be ordered/made and after a few weeks got the fitting date. The fitters were very friendly and knew what they were doing and in day one had done 5 windows and the second day done the door and the others by the afternoon. All look great and good quality and all have a finish that looks a million better than before hand. After they left had an email saying was all ok and the balance and then paid the rest. So all in all if I moved house or had someone I knew wanted windows I’d recommend them again. Always worth getting the quotes from the rest to make sure what you want is right but once you have the quotes and prices give them a call and if they are the right price then your in safe hands. DO NOT fall for the companies who say their prices will go up. It’s a con. Hope this review helps some people.
Fantastic company, great team from sales to installation. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Thank you !!!
We have just had all windows fitted, could not be more pleased, excellent price good quality windows, and the fitter we had went far beyond what we expected in workmanship, for us it was certainly the Rightprice and the Right company Many Thanks 👌
Don't you just love it when one gets a sales rep who has an appointment at ones house but has not a clue on how to make a good 1st impression. This just happened to me. A double glazing local company in question. On entering the house her first question was before finding out what is really needed, oh this door is being replace (my front door) answer no. On going through to extension she asks again oh is it this door then. My answer again nope. I then showed her what is required. 3 replacement windows and a new one. Her answer we cannot help due to building being a timber construction as Fensa will not allow it, despite the fact that 2 other companies have quoted under Fensa. At which point she left. I will let you make your mind up.
