I've had my wooden venetian blinds for 15 years in my conservatory and they still look as beautiful and work exactly the same as the day they were fitted. Both people that came to measure up/cost and fit them were very professional and friendly. I'm extremely happy with them, thank you Reynolds Blinds.
We had some Velux blinds fitted yesterday by an absolutely delightful young man who carried out the job in a timely manner. The blinds fit perfectly and are excellent quality. I would highly recommend Reynolds for friendly service and good customer service.
Had shutters fitted today by Rob and Mitchell on my 1930's bay windows. I couldn't recommend them enough. Impeccable fitting and service and really lovely chaps. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Update ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Following my initial review, I have since been in receipt of all the required documentation and apology received with thanks for the delay. I would like to reiterate, the one star review was for the administration side of things and not the product or service received on the day, which was impeccable by both John and Alex. They were efficient , tidy, respectful and polite all the time that they were here, and with regards to the shutters themselves, I could not be happier. They have exceeded any expectations that I had at the time of purchase, and I would gladly recommend them from this perspective. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ⭐️ I had Plantation shutters fitted to the front of my house about a month ago, not cheap either. Having waited 15 weeks for them, which I was aware of, I contacted the branch to see if they had an installation date as yet. I was informed that this was booked in for a particular date. Nobody had contacted me to check this date was suitable. Upon completion, I was asked if I wanted the 3 year guarantee in writing to which I said I would. I was also told that my receipt for the balance would be forwarded to me alongside the guarantee within a couple of days. One phone call, and two emails later, and I am still waiting. No contact whatsoever, yet, prior to the fitting and completion, they seemed only to happy to help. Aftercare and customer service is very poor indeed, and not what I would expect for what was after all, a considered purchase. I shall have to physically go the branch and stamp my feet a bit I think, as this is not an acceptable way to treat a customer.
