Price was good and the initial consultation with the sales rep was decent enough. They had been recommended so we decided to continue with them. Thats when the problems started. Poor fitting and workmanship, poor quality frames and they cracked one of our windows, when drilling to secure the frame, which we didn't notice until a week or so later as it was hidden from view by the frame. We contacted the company and they said you didnt raise it at the time so they wouldn't do anytbing about it, even though u can see the screw in the window. A year or so gone and more problems with another frame and its been a nightmare to get through to get a repair. I would 💯 not recommend this company, perhaps not even to my worst enemy.

Birmingham Blinds Has a Superstar Salesman I wasn’t intending to blind my entire home, however Mr Amroon convinced me otherwise with his pragmatic non-pushy style which made me realise things I didn’t. I opted for Venetian blinds and his style and approach was second to none. Personable, respectful and brilliant at striking the best deal to suit your circumstances. I was talked through all elements of the product and answered all questions I had with confidence and clarity.
