Pro Windows & Conservatories Ltd

From our first conversation to the completion of the installation we found Lee and his colleagues to be very helpful, professional and respectful. We are very happy with our new windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Full Windows & Frames Replacement I had 13 windows & frames replaced for my property a couple of weeks ago (July 2026), by Pro Windows. I cannot express how elated I am with the work! The improvement was instant , the quality window frames, compared to what was taken out, are outstanding by comparison. Lee (MD) initially visited to discuss the windows and also carried out the survey measurements, what a genuine and personable guy. The Information communicated had no waffle, was direct and honest, a genuine straight talking individual who tells you how it is. Excellent no nonsense communication! Exactly what you need when you are considering having work undertaken at such a high cost. Gary carried out the installation, what a lovely professional and genuine individual. Gary's work ethic was outstanding, he paid a great deal of attention to his craft, the quality was evident, Gary never rushed. Gary was punctual, cleaned up after his days work, which was immaculate. there was not a speck of dirt for me to clean over the 5 days of the window installment. My neighbors, friends and family have all commented how much they love the windows and what an improvement, the new windows and frame style I chose add a sense of class and elegance to my home. Pro Windows are true to their name and have set the bar exceptionally high. Top shelf workmanship and a Class Act! I most definitely without hesitation recommend Pro Windows services to those whom are seeking such upgrades to their property, you will not be disappointed! Their pricing is fair and competitive, you are paying for the quality which is worth every penny, the workmanship will stand the test of time, I have no doubts. Pro Windows will be my first point of call should I require their services again in the future. Thank You Lee, Gary and all Staff of Pro Windows, it has been an absolute pleasure interacting with you, such a breath of fresh air dealing with 'Real People' and not an institute! Don't ever lose that genuine aura, it is one of your greatest assets, you have managed to gauge personability and professionalism with ease, such combination of qualities are rare to come by in an established company. Once Again Thank You
