KLG Rutland

We had a conservatory from KLG in January and the work was done in the rain and sun. The work was done to a very high standard and the workers were very pleasant all the mess was cleaned up everyday.great team work.i would recommend this company 100%

First class service from start to finish our new door is excellent quality and Oliver who fitted it was very polite and efficient would totally recommend KLG

I’ve used KLG before and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere. From first contact to completed job, I have nothing but admiration and thanks for the professionalism and enthusiasm shown by all staff who dealt with my order. Thank you so much for a job well done.

Just had some French doors fitted, and the product and service was top notch. A very professional, high quality service. And the fitters were AMAZING. Quick, professional, conscientious, tidy, delivering a high quality and detailed finish. We're so happy with the result, and it's made such a difference to the room, we only wish we'd done it sooner!!!!

From the start to doing our window and paneling, the lads where great and hard working, repected our Bungalow when coming in. All the work was perfect 👌 we are very pleased with the leaded window and the paneling around it, would recommend our friend's will definitely have more work done by KLG

The showroom is well laid out with ideas of the products available. All staff we spoke to were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service we received at the Beeston branch.

Side window handle came away from back plate so went to KLG for replacement. My handle was universal but now they are left/right handed but I was not informed of this nor was I asked which one I required. They kindly cut the spindle to length but back home I realized I had the wrong hand. They tried to blame me for not asking for a right hand handle when I was unaware there was such a thing. They offered a refund but declined to sell me the alternative handle. Extremely childish and unprofessional behaviour. I had windows, doors and a conservatory from the original Rutland Company who behaved in a totally professional manner at all times. KLG may have taken the Rutland name but not the ethos that Keith Smith worked to when he owned Rutland. KLG have now lost a customer who was going to purchase 2 composite doors. UPDATE You can't even give a correct response. I needed a RIGHT hand handle and not a LEFT as you have incorrectly stated.
