Very happy with the blinds installed by Delta Binds. Excellent service overall from initial consultation to measuring and installation. Good quality products and good quality service.

I had an appointment with Pheonix Blinds 1 week ago. The sales person arrived over 15mins late. Totally fine these things happen but not even an apology whe he arrived. Spent most of the appointment looking for a reason as to why their blinds wouldn’t work for me. Turns out they would so at the end of the appointment he just chucked a price at me. No info on the benifits of using Pheonix or exactly what I’d be getting other than its black out blinds. There was no written quote and I had to ask for the quote to be sent by email, he said that’s fine but 1 week on has not sent nothing. Been in sales all my days and can honestly say there’s not a chance I’d be using this company.

I had a remote control blind for a velux skylight that stopped working - a motor issue -that the manufacturer could provide no solution for (apart from scrapping it and making and installing a new one ) . Peter took on the project of converting the blind into a manual one rather than scrapping it. This not only saved on cost but also on wastage, finding a creative alternative solution which is perfect. When disposal is generally now the ‘solution’ to any problem , Peter and Terry fixed it ! Brilliant service !

We had real wooden blinds fitted by Phoenix Blinds throughout our house and would thoroughly recommend this company. Peter is exceptionally helpful and was happy to spend time discussing what we wanted and to give us the benefit of his advice and long experience. He is professional, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. We had a small problem with one of the blinds (manufacturing issue from his suppliers) and he was determined to solve it and to make sure everything was perfect for us. We were very impressed by this excellent customer service and by the final result. Peter arrived punctually and kept us apprised of the progress of our order. The blinds were fitted within a fortnight and look great. The price was very reasonable too. Well done, Phoenix Blinds. We definitely received a five star service from you and we are very happy customers.

I have been dealing with Tony Martin over the last few weeks looking to order Venetian blinds and have found him to be very knowledgeable, patient and courteous, and now look forward to placing my order with him.

The service provided was fantastic they came out initially to measure up and then suggested that I got some panels put up to help support the blinds which I got done and they came back out and remeasured them to make sure all was correct. They phoned to state that the blinds were in now and were able to come out and fit them two days later. They came when they said they would and have done a fantastic job. Thank you.
