David's advice has been invaluable on each occasion when taking the measurements. Particularly on the first visit when the choices available appeared overwhelming, he explained clearly what he thought would suit best. Once fitted, we were delighted with the choice. The second fitting for our upstairs windows was thus made simpler, and once again we couldn't have been happier with the result. We thought our third experience would be more problematic involving our Edwardian staircase window, but once again David's advice proved to be invaluable. The fitting team of Rob, Leon, Kris and David have been totally professional and helpful on all occasions. We are always astounded at the look and precision of the shutters once fitted. The other staff involved from initial contact through to completion have all been equally professional and friendly. We cannot recommend The Scottish Shutter Company highly enough.
Very happy with the shutters I got fitted. Good quality and have finished my bedrooms off. I’ll get more once my garage is converted, but that’s about a year away!

Our experience with the Scottish Shutter Company has been excellent from initial contact through to installation on both occasions. We now have shutters on every window and our patio doors and love them.
Following installation, I decided to "live" with the new shutters for a wee while before commenting. Six weeks later, I'm absolutely delighted with the work done by the Scottish Shutter Company which has transformed my home! During my trip to the Edinburgh showroom, I felt Judith was incredibly helpful and informative in enabling me to make the choices which were perfect for me, without any pressure. Similarly, I was really at my ease during David's home visit, and was again impressed by his mixture of friendliness and professionalism - he really cared about doing a good job. On the day of the actual fitting, the team were highly organised, working quickly and efficiently to complete a superb performance all round. The cherry on the top was a surprise gift for me - a £50 voucher for the next order. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome, so much so I can't wait to wake up, open the shutters and let the sun shine in! Our experience with the Scottish Shutter Company from start to finish was excellent. We visited the showroom in Edinburgh and were given lots of useful information and advice by David that helped us choose the right shutters. The home visits to measure up and fit the shutters went as to plan. We are absolutely delighted with our shutters- they look perfect and of excellent quality. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, courteous and knowledgable. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
We have 9 beautiful Duette blinds installed through the Scottish Shutter Company. We have used this company in the past and have always been impressed with the level of service and products provided. They have not disappointed this time either. The blinds are beautiful and we love the Powerview built in battery operation. The install was efficient, clean and time given for adequate demonstration of use. We are delighted with the experience and really pleased with the blinds. Excellent company with good choice of products.
