After Norton installed our industrial doors some 12 months ago, our controller developed a beeping fault. It turns out there are two little batteries which needed replacing in the sensor attached to the door. Easy to fix when you know how.

The guys from Norton did a fantastic job, they sent someone out to do a site survey straight away and came back with a quote that was a bit more than a competitor and they helped to bridge that gap to the point where I was happy to pay slightly more for the excellent service.
