NexGen Windows (Swindon)

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with NxtGen Windows from beginning to end. The person who came around to measure up and go through designs with me was very knowledgeable and helpful making sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The new door was ordered quickly and a range of installation dates offered at my convenience. On the date of the installation the fitter was very professional and friendly, arriving on time and installing the door quickly and efficiently. Leaving behind no mess or rubbish. The door itself looks amazing and I would have no issues recommending or using NxtGen windows again.

Next Gen recently replaced our polycarbonate conservatory roof with a tinted glass one and it has made a world of difference. It is already cooler out there, so it is a lot more use to us. The guys who worked on the order & communication either us (Jake) and the fitter (Scott) worked so hard to deliver a great product and a really great service. We are delighted and would happily recommend them to anyone who is thinking of replacing a conservatory roof. We even have a wood burner in our conservatory but they were able to accommodate the flue. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you so much, Next Gen.

We noticed our neighbour was having some work from Nexgen windows when we asked who there were using, they couldn't recommend them enough, so myself and my husband visited the show room on Clive parade, to just enquire on a front and rear door, we believe we spoketo a lovely young man named Jake, he was so helpful he answered all our question's showed us different styles and prices, and because our neighbours recommended them and could tie in the work within the same time of working next door, Jake kindly enough knocked some of the price! So That was a huge bonus! The fitting team, two gentlemen mark and Nathan who were delightful and got through it reasonably quick. And left everything so clean and tidy!!! We are So happy with the end results and will definitely be recommending you, and look to use in the future for our windows.. thanks again

I only have positives to say about this company and the work they did for us. We had an old poly carbonate conservatory roof replaced with glass. First of all the price was much better than the other quotes we had, and everyone we dealt with from start to finish was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. The job was done when we agreed and well within the timescales. They took great care, left the site clean and liased with us throughout. I'm a perfectionist and they more than met my expectations. Thanks to Scott, Matt and Jake and the whole team. Very happy!

Excellent work by Nextgen doing our windows and doors. Scooby and his apprentice Corey did exceptional work with our windows and doors. They went above and beyond to make sure the finish was of excellent quality. Would definitely recommend Nextgen to anyone looking to get the window and doors done.

These guys are amazing. From getting the quote to getting the work done. The communication was excellent. We had 8 windows and 1 door put up. It's our first time doing it, so wasn't sure what to expect. We are in the process of renovating different aspects of the house, the exterior window sills being one of them, so please ignore that on the photos. The team made us feel very comfortable and left a clean finish and a clean house! What I love the most is the porch, it looks amazing. We are very grateful for the work done and will definitely use again as we have a couple of doors and windows to change. Thanks guys
