Kingfisher Windows

Kingfisher Windows just installed secondary glazing at our village hall in Ramsbury. The entire job was handled extremely well and Terry and Carl were excellent with the installation - much appreciated.

Having dealt with kingfisher over the last 7 years, and had whole house fitted with kingfisher windows, doors and a large bi-fold, i cannot praise them enough. After sales care is second to none. We had a door lock that became temperamental through heavy use, and a door gasket that got damaged. The fitter replaced the barrel of the lock, and went out of his way to source a new gasket which he managed to obtain. Thank you kingfisher, 5 stars from me.

We have had excellent service from Kingfisher over the past couple of years. We started by looking for a replacement conservatory roof - after being told by another company that we would need new foundations dug before we could have a glass or solid roof - Bill at Kingfisher came to see us and reassured us that a glass roof was possible. We were very happy with the quote given, the work was done quickly and to an incredible standard. We absolutely love our glass roof. The following year we had all our 20 year-old windows replaced with special heat protection built in to help make heatwaves more bearable, and again the work was fast, friendly and exceptional. Finally, this year we decided to get a new front door and we are delighted with the result. Fitted in just a few hours with care and attention to detail by the friendly team - we only wish we’d done it sooner. We can’t recommend highly enough!

Brilliant experience again after using Kingfisher for a second time after moving house to replace all the windows and doors in our property. Very helpful and informative from the start and the quality of the products and fitting is fantastic. Fitters were clean and tidy and take a lot of care in their work. We had 1 minor issue with something that came damaged and Kingfisher replaced it straight away without any hassle. Wouldn’t use anyone else for further work this like. Had six new windows fitted by Kingfisher, including two bay windows, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but the quality of service and workmanship made them well worth it. Things don’t always go to plan, but what really sets a company apart is how they handle it. Kingfisher went the extra mile to make things right, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Kingfisher installed our conservatory 24 years ago and this year the original technician was on the team which installed an insulated roof!! We are very pleased with the service throughout from initial estimate to a thoroughly cleaned up site. The installation team were always on time , very pleasant to deal with, explained everything thoroughly and we were very comfortable having them at our home.

Kingfisher supplied and fitted all the replacement doors and windows at our prior house. Having moved, we didn’t hesitate to use them again to replace all the doors and windows at our current house. They continue to provide excellent products and outstanding service. Everyone in the team from sales, to the installation team, to after sales service, and the team in the office, provide excellent customer service. They are very efficient and always respond quickly and effectively. Highly recommend.
