Brilliant customer service. Rachel went above and beyond with regard to concerns I had, caused by a bad experience I had with a different company. She was very patient and fully explained the blackout/heat reducing properties of the blinds. The price was very reasonable and the blinds are perfect, exactly what we wanted.
