Had problem with some new vanes Customer service was absaloutly fantastic Could not have asked for any better problem sorted with in 15 mins Never had customer service as good as that ever Very well done to you all ☺️

The whole experience from the start of August still on going has been an absolute nightmare. A sales rep come out about 7/8 weeks ago, mis sold my partner by saying fitted blinds were the better option when we wanted Venetian type blinds. When they arrived to fit 2 of them were already damaged, that was on the first time they arrived to fit. Not a good start. We emailed pictures and rang a few times to complain as the fitted blinds keep fraying and let all light through and don’t look like they’re even installed properly. The customer service if you can call it that is absolutely shambolic. They have lied twice, the sales rep when he come out 2 weeks ago and said he would put our case forward but lied and didn’t and the office staff who said that today we would be getting the blinds we originally wanted but today their engineer turned up and was only looking at the frayed patio doors. When I rang to once again complain today I was told ‘we have took your money so you won’t be getting what you want’ and that because my attitude wasn’t very polite as anyone would have been feeling frustrated especially with having ADHD and autism. I would advise to avoid this company. A manager himself has today said that the issue lies with the sales person so we need to wait until next week for him to come out again and lie. This just proves how much of a joke the company actually is. Attached photos which show that they are terrible blinds. Look at the gaps.

Been to seaham shop as my blinds were broke , Joanne customer service was spot on,friendly and helpful someone that you need in front of your shop ,She went for fitter Tony is customer service was spot on he was also very friendly and helpful they are both a credit to your company.

Not good. I asked for alexa blind for my disabled brother, and explained from the start that it was very Important that they needed to work with alexa ad ut would give my 61 year old brother his independence. He can't us his hand so would be using a communication button to ask alexa to work the blinds. He spent £700 and they came and put them in. They fitted them, then a man came to program them and it wouldn't connect to the Internet. He was here 5 minutes and left saying he would sort it out. I have had one phone call from the company and I've rang them 3 time. One I was told it's not upto them to check the blinds are compatible with the Internet and the next they will need time. I am not happy with the support we have had off this company 😒

The staff at Home Homefairs Blinds &shutters at Wallsend were polite and helpful with blinds i wanted unfortunately that branch closed if i had any issues i phoned the Sunderland office and just recently i seen a nice lady at Cramlington branch who was most helpful there certainly i firm i would recommend to
