Harehills residents repeatedly describe Leeds Glass Windows Ltd as retaining a family-run character built over decades, with the same strengths noted whether the work covers a porch, a full house of windows or a single repair. Several reviewers highlight the advice offered at survey stage, including special orders for arched or unusually sized frames handled without complication, and quotations described as clear and fair compared with other firms approached. The fitting teams are often praised for skill, tidiness and care, preserving existing roofs, walls and floor tiles while on site, and for keeping householders informed from first enquiry to completion.

Named staff including Andy, Mark, Steve, Tristan and Richard appear in accounts of heavy glass lifting, failed double glazed units being swapped out, new double glazed doors and an emergency call-out, and the same names are linked to work that exceeded expectations. Reviewers also mention replacement timber porches, UPVC and aluminium-style frames and doors chosen to suit a Victorian terrace, with defects on one door agreed for resolution. It is the mix of approachable communication, keen pricing and careful installation that customers cite when describing repeat dealings over several years.
