This is the second time we’ve used Renovate Leeds. Another first class service. Great comms and very fairly priced. Installation crew are superb. No hesitation in recommending them.

UPDATED REVIEW Following my review, I was contacted by the owner on 3 occasions asking me to remove it and explaining that the cancellation was due to a sudden family bereavement. Whilst I have every sympathy if that was the case, it differs from the impression I was given at the time. When I called the office the following day to ask why my appointment had been cancelled, the the assistant said she wasn't sure or was unaware what had happened and commented that everything had seemed fine because Lee had been go-karting the previous evening. I have since seen a social media post from the business showing he attended a go-karting networking event the night before. These conflicting explanations have unfortunately left me with more questions than answers and have reinforced why I stand by my review. My review reflects my own experience as a customer and the disruption caused, not a judgement on anyone's personal circumstances. ———————————— I visited Renovate Leeds over a week ago after purchasing an 1880s house that requires extensive renovation. We spent around 30 minutes discussing a substantial project involving the replacement of 18 large R9-style windows, a new front door, and work around a greenhouse attached to the property. This is a significant contract, likely worth £40,000–£60,000. The director knew how important timing was. I had gone to considerable effort to coordinate access with the estate agent, as well as arrange for my joiner and electrician to attend the property at the same time. Due to my schedule, this was the only opportunity I had to get everyone together. During that week, I experienced a close family bereavement and also underwent surgery to have a lump removed. Despite everything, I made sure I was organised and ready for the appointment. On the day of the visit, instead of a phone call, I simply received an email saying the appointment was cancelled and offering another date the following Friday or the week after. There was no personal call, no real apology, no attempt to send another representative, and no appreciation of the inconvenience caused. I found the whole experience extremely disappointing. For a company that promotes professionalism and customer service, I expected far better communication and consideration—especially for a project of this size. It left me feeling that my business simply wasn't valued and that existing commitments can be cancelled with very little regard for the customer's time or circumstances. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Renovate Leeds.

The work was completed in less then two hours no mess cleaning was done by the fixers and the job was extremely personal done top job and as I was in the trade for over 45 years I know a good job thanks a lot to all the staff at Renovat

Renovate have been an invaluable partner to YPP during the several months that we worked together to complete decorating work across our property portfolio. We were always incredibly satisfied with the quality of work, the attentiveness of the team and the value provided by Renovate. We would highly recommend them to anybody who require decorating work. Both Josie and Lee were a pleasure to work with, and will be our first port of call in the future should be require further assistance with decorations.

Their pricing is very competitive, but what really sets them apart is the quality of their service. They are reliable, friendly, and consistently deliver a high standard of work. Communication is excellent, they turn up when they say they will, and they're always willing to go the extra mile to help. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional contractor.

From the moment we entered the showroom it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. The care and attention to detail was superb. We are thrilled with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Rennovate did an excellent job with my window and blind looks fantastic. One of the workers Kevin went above and beyond. Sara of customer services did an amazing job and kept me informed every step of the way and was just brilliant. I would use rennovate time and time again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
