Terrible customer service.Didnt turn up to fit on the day they said,nobody rang to say why,couldn't get hold of anybody on the phone and I had to message on Facebook.Nobody still got in touch properly,messages on Facebook thats all but no proper communication. for the next couple of days and then the fitter rang to say he was on his way that day,no forewarning.3 days after they should have been fitted.Told him I didn't want him to bother after the service I'd received.A one star is being generous. Not only terrible customer service but blatant lying,disgusting behaviour,no fitter turned up and no emails or phone calls at all.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY.

SCAM! they'll take deposit then dont answer the phone waited over a month still no blinds. Phone voice mail full no one ever gets back to you. No recent reviews. Don't get had like me! They'll just take your money and RUN! Your fitter got in touch 11:30 said he'd be 1hr. It's now 15:00 and he won't be fitting them as the blind rails have been lost. Need to be reordered Tues and fitted weds. Same as last week! Still no answer on the phone number! Landline goes to voice mail. You can't call me but you can reply to a bad review???? SCAM!

Over 1 year ago I had some gorgeous blinds installed iny flat, they have held up so well are easy to clean and have completely changed the look and feel of my home 🩷 I am now due to get another quote today for my sisters home. Highly recommend x

Called just blinds to book a an appointment, the man came on time measured up all my windows give me a price which I agreed. They came on a Saturday to fit all the blinds he was quick and professional at his job, he was pleasant and friendly cleaned up after himself would recommend just blinds.

Got our blinds done, really did a wonderful job and excellent customer service, my mum was really impressed! Even came back to the house to screw on something they forgot to do. Much appreciated! Would definitely recommend. ✨👍

Adam arrived and showed me the samples, gave me a quote. I had three white blinds fitted, nice light pattern..They used my existing frame, just removed the old slats and fitted new ones. Fitter here about 15 minutes, no mess. ( Did think I might get a discount for using same frame ) They look nice but only been up a week.😁
