Scarlet Blinds and Shutters

Scarlet Blinds and Shutters is a family-owned and operated business based in Greater Manchester. It supplies and fits blinds and shutters across Greater Manchester and the United Kingdom, with additional showrooms in Stoke-on-Trent and Dundee. The company works with UK fabric suppliers including Arena Blinds, Louvolite and Decora. It serves government buildings, schools, universities, academies, hospitals, nursing homes, banks, building societies, apartment blocks, studios, retail outlets, commercial buildings and households, as well as councils and housing associations for window blinds in residents' homes.

Motorised blinds are available across its full range, controlled by remote or app. Most orders are fitted within two to three weeks once blinds have been handcrafted to size. It offers a free home consultation with no obligation to order afterwards. Its Roman blinds are handmade by its suppliers in the UK. Its Venetian range includes over 200 colours and finishes, and many vertical blind fabrics are machine washable. It offers contract blinds in the UK for commercial window applications.

Scarlet Blinds and Shutters fits blinds across Middleton and the wider Manchester area, and the finished result draws consistent praise from those who have used the company. Customers writing about their orders describe the installation as meticulous and professional, with fitters such as Kamran, Cameron and Kam taking care over measurements and leaving the space clean afterwards.

A detail many reviews return to is the value on offer, with competitive prices mentioned alongside a wide choice of options, including vertical and venetian blinds for awkward or odd-sized windows. More than one review highlights punctuality and speed, from prompt quotations and samples through to quick delivery and fitting. Communication before and after the work is praised, and one customer recalls a small fault being spotted by the fitter and a replacement arranged without being asked.

The team is described as respectful, honest and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate extra requests. Alongside blinds, the business supplies flooring and curtains, and one reviewer notes an intention to return for flooring, while another mentions no-obligation quotations and being shown a range of options before deciding. The product quality and the conduct of the fitters are consistently described as matching what was promised at the quotation stage.
