Firstly it was easy to make an initial appointment with Dan, who was very very friendly and knowledgeable, gave us a very reasonable quote with no pressure. Abi kept us updated with the progress of our order and booked a convenient date for fitting. Lastly Gareth was wonderful, he did an absolutely fabulous job, fantastic fitting, leaving everything clean and tidy. I am well impressed and love my new shutters, they have transformed the appearance of my house. Already had comments from neighbours and friends on how great they look! We’ve had shutters fitted in our lounge. The whole process has been totally fuss free, from the initial appointment right through to the installation. Yes we had to wait some time for the shutters to arrive, but I think this is quite normal across all companies, and we had excellent communication throughout the whole process. In fact, the shutters were delivered and installed exactly when estimated. Everyone we dealt with at the company has been lovely; extremely caring and proficient. Great service and competitive pricing. Dan came to give a quotation for the front of our house and brought examples of the shutters with him. His quotation arrived within 24 hours. We agreed and asked him to go ahead. On reflection it wasn’t as expensive as we thought so we asked if he could return and give a quote for the rear of the house.- which he duly did. The shutters have just been installed by Gareth who completed the installation within the timeframe. He was punctual and polite. Great workmanship - clean and tidy. We are delighted with the results and can thoroughly recommend Ideal Shutters.

I got ideal shutters to fit shutters to my grade 2 listed home. I had the slightly more expensive Titan type fitted for sometimes damp atmosphere on coast. They made sympathetic adjustments to fit ti odd shaped windows and did an excellent job. Friendly. No fuss or drama. Highly recommended 5 stars.

Absolutely love my new bedroom shutters, Gareth did an amazing job fitting them, anything I suggested about the trim etc he made happen. They far exceeded my expectations, so happy. I love the operation of them and the different ways you can set them, it totally transforms the room. I'll definitely be ordering more for the other windows.
