Absolutely delighted with my new blinds - this company were fantastic from the very first contact, with so many questions, right through to the blinds being measured and then fitted. Nothing was too much trouble! Can’t recommend them highly enough - knowledgeable, friendly and courteous!

We visited the Final Touch Blinds showroom, where we were shown various options by Adam to suit our requirements and we decided to go with one of his suggestions. Emma kept us informed throughout the process and the installer Jake did a great job of fitting the blinds and explaining the Somfy Tahoma switch setup procedure. We highly recommend Final Touch and will certainly be back for more.

From the start to the finish Adam and his team gave a five star service. Hannah and Emma communicated with me in a friendly yet professional manner and often replied out of office hours as I was usually responding in between working and being a Mum to two small children. I had a price in mind after receiving a previous quote and Adams team were able to meet this and better it. Our fitter (lovely young man but I forget his name but travelled from Lyndhurst to Hedge End on my fit day) was friendly and well mannered, removing his shoes before I even asked, and talking to my two year old. He explained how the blinds worked before leaving and added in after care. Thank you so much. Every contact with this company has been excellent. Pleasant staff who were able to give good advice on available products. Order arrived in a timely manner and fitting was efficient and prompt. We have since had one small problem with one blind and a technician came the next day and sorted it out for us. .
