Spoke with i-Fix on a Wednesday about a bathroom window that wouldn't open. Chap came down to look at it the following day when he had a moment between jobs, looked at the window, explained the situation to me (turned out to be not so big an issue), fixed it for free within minutes and went on his way, all whilst being very nice and courteous. Can't say better than that. Would happily use again (paid or otherwise!).
