Two of our bedroom pvcu windows were showing their age, one had a broken mechanism and wouldn't open and one had a dodgy hinge, which stopped it from closing properly. We arranged for the repair and were given a breakdown of the cost of the repair. Atif arrived as arranged and after a quick assessment, confirmed the price, which was very reasonable considering that both needed replacement parts. He carried out the repairs professionally and the windows are now as good as new. Atif is an extremely engaging and personable man. He was very cheerful and was a pleasure to do business with. I am quite surprised that his overall rating is 4.9 (although that is excellent) I believe he deserves no less than 5.0!

Great service as usual. We had a window that was jammed and wouldn't open. On exceptionally short notice Atif arrived the next morning and completed a repair with no issue. 100% awesome service as usual! I would hight recommend!
