We contacted Atif after reading the excellent reviews on Google. Two of our bedroom pvcu windows were showing their age, one had a broken mechanism and wouldn't open and one had a dodgy hinge, which stopped it from closing properly. We arranged for the repair and were given a breakdown of the cost of the repair. Atif arrived as arranged and after a quick assessment, confirmed the price, which was very reasonable considering that both needed replacement parts. He carried out the repairs professionally and the windows are now as good as new. Atif is an extremely engaging and personable man. He was very cheerful and was a pleasure to do business with. I am quite surprised that his overall rating is 4.9 (although that is excellent) I believe he deserves no less than 5.0!
Excellent service from Atif. He repaired my window quickly and to a very high standard. He was professional, punctual, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Atif to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service. Thank you again for a great job!

After my window handle completely jammed still, rendering closing the window completely impossible, Atif came down promptly the very same day and resolved the issue, if you're in need of a window repair, look no further! Atif is professional, friendly, and has a very positive attitude! Thanks again Atif for everything, you've saved me a major headache.
