Several customers describe calling Mark and receiving a same-day visit, with measurements taken on the spot and safety film applied to keep a broken pane secure until the replacement was cut and fitted. Fast turnaround recurs as a theme, including one shop door repaired within about an hour of the call and a unit made, delivered and installed in under a week.

Reviewers frequently point to clear advice about what was needed, competitive quotes and reasonable costs, with communication before and after the work described as excellent. The craftsmanship is praised in reglazing antique cabinets and PVC and velux windows, as well as French doors fitted with a dog flap, work reported as finished neatly and to a high standard. Mark himself is named often as friendly, helpful and professional, and the service is described as swift, efficient and careful. Something that features in review after review is the willingness to attend urgently for shopfronts and homes alike, treating each job with the same care.
