Mark Fensome

Mark Fensome Glazing Solutions is a glazing and glass repair business with over 40 years of industry experience, operating a highly skilled team. The company serves Plymstock and surrounding areas including Plymouth, Ivybridge, Plympton, Kingsbridge, Modbury, Tavistock and Liskeard.

It offers uPVC, wooden, aluminium and VELUX window and door repair, double glazing, glass repairs, emergency and commercial glazing, bespoke glass and cat flap installation. Commercial glazing is carried out for hotels and office blocks. The company designs and installs bespoke glass products including balustrades, glass splashbacks and mirrors.

Plymouth customers who have called on Mark Fensome describe a glazing service built around rapid response and straightforward pricing. Several accounts mention that calls are answered promptly or returned within a short window, and that he arrives when he says he will. The work itself covers broken glass and window repairs, with reviewers noting that the job is completed without fuss and that the broken glass is taken away afterwards. Pricing comes up repeatedly as fair and fixed, agreed in advance rather than adjusted once on site.

Communication is another recurring theme, with customers describing clear exchanges before and during the visit and a tidy finish afterwards, including cleaning up once the job is done. Mark is named directly in the feedback, and his manner is described as professional and competent. One long-standing customer reports having used the service four times, while another says they would call again if further window problems arose. Repeat custom and a willingness to return for future glass breakages feature across the accounts, alongside the quick turnaround on emergency repairs.
