If i could give 0 stars I would. Unbelievably rude, in particular Paul the owner. Said his people were coming out to measure so I waited in all day, did not knock or ring the doorbell. Manager called me a liar on the phone because his people were too lazy to get out of the van! Rude, unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. Insanity that they can call themselves a professional company..

Jordan was a very professional, friendly lad. Made sure blinds were aligned perfect. Blinds are lovely

Not surprised my mam bathroom blind falls down all the time. As flair blinds poor fitting service only used one screw each side. They have pieced the string multiple times also. Wouldn't recommend for the price

I got blinds for myself and my mam to fit to existing fittings. Lovely staff and very reasonably priced. Thanks again.

Had a lovely roller blind fitted very quickly and professionally. Very pretty fabric and really finishes off the window. Happy with the quality and the price was very reasonable so what's not to like xx
