Nothing but praise from start to finish. All appointments were kept and on time, fully informed all the way through the ordering process. On the day of fitting, Tim arrived on time and explained everything he would be doing. He explained that some of the plants directly under the window may get damaged, and checked that was ok, I informed him that he had to do whatever he needed to do to do the job safely - the window was over 3m wide! The finish was brilliant, no need to paint anywhere, no mess, he cleared it all up, and took the care on the outside to make sure everything was sealed and nicely finished - and the plants survived too! Spot on product, workmanship, and a friendly team throughout. Highly recommend.

From the owner Pas coming round to give a quote, through to the completion of our new conservatory it has been a pleasure to deal with FIS. All those involved, including the builders, fitters, electrician and plasterer, were courteous as well as ensuring throughout that we were happy with the work they carried out. As for the quality of that work, cannot fault them. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use again for any future work.

My front windows and door were replaced in September and the back windows and door in January and from my initial phone call to the work being completed on both occasions everyone including the office staff, surveyor, the teams behind the scene and the fitters who carried out the installation, were so efficient, helpful, polite and courteous. I would highly recommend FIS Windows Ltd. Their customer service was excellent from the point of walking into their showroom to enquire, to having my new front door fitted. Max was very communicative and helpful and my new front door looks lovely with no more drafts. The price was fair and they booked me in quickly. 10/10!

We always prefer dealing with Small Local Busineses. It was the right Decision. The owner of FIS came around to see what we needed. He priced our two new doors up within 5 days. The Men who installed the Two doors were absolutely Fantastic. They have done a really lovely job and they cleared up behind themselves. They worked all day to get the job done! I will definitely use FIS again!
