Dear manager, I am writing to make a complaint about my recent order. My delivery was not made on time, which was very disappointing. When I contacted your staff for help, the employee did not seem to know the details of my order, or even the delivery date. I did not receive the information or support I expected. I am unhappy with both the late delivery, and the way my complaint was handled. I’d appreciate an explanation of what went wrong and what you will do to prevent this from happening again. I’d also like to request an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to your prompt response.

I had a brilliant response from this company who sent out someone to me in a hour to do some repairs on my blinds.Highly reccomend this company

I’ve had the most frustrating experience with customer service. I went into the store to pick out designs and get a quote. The lady mentioned she didn’t have a rate at the moment but would call later to send us the quotation. I’ve been calling every week, asking about the rate, but haven’t heard back from her yet. It’s been a month.

Ordered the blinds for my whole house honestly within a week I have beautiful blacked out blinds that look amazing clean work just waiting on the roller blinds but no doubt that will be done as soon as possible

Excellent service from this blind shop. They supplied my Venetian blinds for my home and I’m really pleased with the quality and price. Quick, efficient and professional service. I got my shutter blinds fitted from family blinds. I’m extremely happy with that. They did great job within give time period.
