Dear manager, I am writing to make a complaint about my recent order. My delivery was not made on time, which was very disappointing. When I contacted your staff for help, the employee did not seem to know the details of my order, or even the delivery date. I did not receive the information or support I expected. I am unhappy with both the late delivery, and the way my complaint was handled. I’d appreciate an explanation of what went wrong and what you will do to prevent this from happening again. I’d also like to request an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to your prompt response.

I had a brilliant response from this company who sent out someone to me in a hour to do some repairs on my blinds.Highly reccomend this company

Very quick easy and stress free experience. Installing was super quick and a tidy finish. The company are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have use them in my old house and now my new house. Definitely recommend them. Not a paid advert. Genuine customer.

Ordered the blinds for my whole house honestly within a week I have beautiful blacked out blinds that look amazing clean work just waiting on the roller blinds but no doubt that will be done as soon as possible
