Express Glazing & Son

Fast, helpful service is the theme running through most accounts of this Bristol glazing firm. Customers describe work being arranged at short notice, from a same-day visit to measure four misted units to a full order, manufacture and fitting completed inside a week, while one mentions a job finished in roughly fifteen minutes. The fairness of the pricing comes up again and again, with quotes called competitive and good value noted alongside the standard of the finished result.

Pete is named personally in one account, and others refer to a family business whose staff are approachable, helpful and free with advice, including guidance for someone buying supplies to fit a window themselves. The work covered ranges from replacing fogged double glazed units to supplying and fitting new windows and patio doors, plus general glass replacement.

Tidiness is a frequent point, with fitters described as considerate and the work left clean and handled with care. Communication, whether by telephone or in person, is another recurring theme, and the polite, can-do attitude of the team is mentioned more than once. The glazing itself, especially the new windows and doors, is described as excellent quality, and the impression left is of a dependable local firm customers would call on again.
