Wessex Glass Co Ltd

Wessex Glass Co Ltd carries out glass cutting and window installation, and the accounts left by customers turn time and again to how swiftly jobs are completed and how neatly they are finished. Replacing panes in balcony and kitchen doors features often, with old glass removed and new units fitted within a short window of time, and the replaced items taken away. More than one customer describes the fitters as pleasant, polite and professional, working without fuss or mess and leaving the property clean afterwards.

Communication is a further theme, with praise for the office and sales team keeping customers updated throughout the process, arranging measuring visits soon after first contact and providing clear quotes ahead of installation. Punctual arrival and efficient completion come up frequently, including one emergency where a balcony door that would not close was attended to within an hour of being reported and repaired immediately.

Ben, Frankie and Sally are identified by name for their part in the work. Jobs range from swapping a single window handle to matching patterned leaded glass and correcting the alignment of uPVC doors and windows that had previously been adjusted without lasting success, with customers expressing pleasure at the outcome and the straightforward manner in which it was achieved.
