Reliability and professionalism stand out across accounts of work carried out by Elite Industrial Doors Ltd in Leicester, covering garage doors, roller shutters and steel security doors for both domestic and commercial premises. Various customers describe how quickly the team responds, with one emergency call answered and an engineer on site within half an hour. Reviews time and again mention the courteous manner of the staff, naming Noel and Emma for clear communication from the first enquiry through to the finished job, and Mark for keeping a customer informed while a shutter was repaired.

Customers note that installations of roller garage doors and a solid steel kitchen door were finished neatly, with the work area left clean and tidy, and that a small dent was spotted and replaced without fuss.
