Updated review. Really appreciated how great Rob was, calling me directly after we had a negative experience with a quote. Which i realise now is probably a one-off and doesn’t reflect the company. Went such a long way by having a conversation about it and apologising, even sending a really lovely package and voucher. Completely restored my faith. Honestly such a lovely kind business owner, who clearly goes above and beyond for his business. It’s honestly so rare these days to find someone who is willing to admit where things could have been better and trying to rectify. Thanks again Rob, honestly really appreciate it!

Phair windows are an amazing small friendly company. My instalation of 12 windows began September 2026. Unfortunately my husband was rushed into hospital the night before they turned up and spent 3 weeks there. Robert and Jake from Phair were amazing, caring people. The fitters were considerate, tidy workers. I had no concerns leaving them to get on with the job. Excellent service! They replaced both glass panels and fixed my door, making it feel much more secure. The team was friendly, reliable, and worked efficiently. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.

We had 2 doors and a flag window fitted in January '26, and the job was done to a high standard and very efficiently. Team on the job we're extremely professional and courteous. Was so pleased with the work, called them in again to fit what is the last window in need of upgrading. To say I was disappointed on the second occasion would be understating it, without going into detail as I think that would be unfair, because the way Phair Windows handled my issue was brilliant, I cannot stress enough the response was very prompt, very apologetic and completely satisfied us with the attitude and manner they handled themselves. In light of this I would not hesitate in using these guys again and recommending to anyone. Customer service outstanding, thank you. First class.

We needed all of the windows at our house replaced. As we were new to the area we were shooting in the dark a bit regarding the selection of a supplier but were attracted to Phair Windows due the the overwhelmingly positive reviews online. They quoted very quickly and we were pleasantly surprised at the price they offered. The work was completed to an extremely high standard and their team of installers were very helpful and took great care with their work. Tom came and gave us a honest price without pushing us to buy windows form Phair windows, that was very nice as I had quotes from different companies before and they put a lot of pressure on me to buy windows from them. Then Boris send Us project proposal very quickly and we agreed fitting dates (3 days for 9 windows) . We had Lincoln & Michael fitting all windows and they been absolutely amazing , they finish everything in just 2 days ! What a amazing team 😊
