Was really painless from start to finish and we love our new front door, couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them.

Very good firm to deal with, communication was very good, scheduled the install and installers arrived as scheduled on time and did an great job of fitting our new front door, cleaned all waste debris away once completed, I would highly recommend Direct Doors & Windows.

Bought a composite door through upvc outlets kinmel bay that was made and supplied by this company. The door is not fit for purpose, it is not air tight and the wind blows through the hinges and lock.after lie after lie to rectify the problem they are just ignoring me, they have been out four times to try to remedy but have blamed the other side. Both company's are saying it's the others fault,bearing in mind we are pensioners and paid £1464 for this door and all my heating is escaping through the door.between the two of then they have well stitched two pensioners up.i would not recommend them to anyone as decent people don't rip pensioners off and think it funny to do so.
Very happy, quality new front door supplied and fitted by this company. Great service from start to finish, excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new front door.
