Vault NW Ltd

Vault NW Ltd is a window and door installer based in Liverpool. The company has over 25 years of experience. It operates as a trade hardware and domestic and commercial security system store. The company offers next day delivery via Royal Mail.

Liverpool residents regularly call on Vault NW Ltd for window and door work that ranges from small repairs to complete replacements. Customers writing about their orders describe a professional, straightforward service in which faulty doors and windows are mended wherever feasible, with new parts supplied only when repair is not an option.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the fair and accurate pricing, whether for a replacement lock, a resealed double-glazed unit or a new Rockdoor fitted to a high standard, and costs are explained as the work proceeds. John is named repeatedly for his product knowledge, his guidance on door designs and his punctuality, including one urgent visit to fix a key-safe so that carers could reach an elderly relative. Reviewers also mention that fitters tidy up thoroughly, take away old materials and handle small extra tasks, such as adjusting another window or door while on site.

The key-cutting, lock and engraving side of the business attracts similar praise for speed, stock and helpfulness, with espagnolette mechanisms and window handles sourced without fuss. Communication before and after each job is described as clear and consistent, and the courteous, friendly manner of the team is highlighted as a reason customers come back.
