We are really happy with our windows, from removal of old, fitting of new and clean up, it was a brilliant experience. Would very highly recommend the team and company.

Lee from platinum windows was brilliant from start to finish, always staying in contact and keeping me updated along the way, from when I rang him to when the job was done was less than 2 weeks and the end finish is unreal. Defo be using them again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting windows/doors or any other sort of work they offer done. A fantastic local company, with briiliant after sales service. We had new windows, external doors & bifolds fitted almost two years ago. We are still absolutely delighted with them. I called Lee at Platinum this morning as my front door had misaligned slightly, due to our grandson swinging on it. Platinum had someone come out and correct it within two hours, at no cost!
