Designer Door Company

The worst and extremely poor work carried out by this extremely poor unacceptable excuse of a company. Reported the continuous problems with the door from day 1. Their maintenance guy called told me and showed poorly the door was fitted. After 10 days the major problems still on-going phoned this inept company, everyone of my calls we're not answered (ignored) used a friend's phone to call. Amazingly was answered first time shame none of my calls we're ever answered! The companies maintenance guy did call the next day and insulated me in my hall and told me straight to my face If i never phoned again he would be refusing to call and address any on-going problems or any concerns with the overpriced peace of rubbish they fitted. Customer satisfaction this pathetic company couldn't careless about or to please any customer. They're 40% overpriced and the standard of work is 70% below the price they rob you off. After 13 months continuously complaining of the poor standard I was left with booked another company to replace the door, had a composite door fitted for £400 less than the peace of rubbish pvc door that this clown company had the disgrace to leave me with. The owner dishonest and deluded told me I was aggressive and nasty towards their staff? Shocking considering I have both of my last two visit to there premises recorded for evidence to back up the harassment and discrimination and arrogance I've been forced to insure. Don't worry your company was Reported to trading standards the day your inept maintenance man told me if ever phoned he would refuse to call. Honestly do not make the same mistake I made and approach this company for any work you'll only be disappointed. Can not provide any more than. I can add about the freezing cold air I had to endure for slightly over a year. Good evening ive just your reply. Im sorry to say you should be ashamed of yourself every time i spoke to any member of your staff i was polite and dignified. I challenge you prove me wrong.

Had a sunroom built 2 yrs ago. Have had a small list of problems since then. Tiles come off roof etc. Phoned, emailed….been put on list to sort it over a year and an half ago. No word from them! Disgusting customer service! Never again

Did a good initially and you could have a chat with them about what you needed and they would suggest things. Workmanship was excellent and didn't need supervised (like most trades people!) It did take 6 months and dozens of phone calls for them to come back and install a strip they missed.

The quality of the window i recieved is awful. The window opening hinge was installed wrong, this meant that the window didn't open straight to the frame. For over 2 months I've been constantly contacting the office to have the hinges fixed. But my recent emails have been ignored with no response.

Fantastic people,very professional and our door is absolutely class!! Will definitely use again!!!

Great company to work with. Great fitting of door as well. Very happy and will use again when opportunity arises
