I think they need 1 or 2 people who answer to queries etc... Will make it alot easier for them. Other than that the door quality is very good.
I had a poor experience with my first purchase from this company. One of the products I requested to exchange took over 20 days to process. The customer service is not up to the standard. When I call, I’m connected to a mobile number that says they’re driving and can’t help, request me to send an email and one of the staff will look into it. Emails are never monitored, so I have to call them again, chasing the email to get my return product. I would advise customers to be cautious, as I’m having a bad experience.

Some issues with the order but customer service was amazing. Mark went out of his way to fix and personally delivered my items to my location. Greatly appreciated! Will definitely use again!
