Arrived to have a look at blinds within the opening times shows on google and get some ordered for our property, door was locked, no one answered the door and no one was answering the phone either. Not great sorry..... I have proof of calls made to the business and no response what so ever! So the response to this review is completely misleading and false!! Say what you want that this is fake but it absolutely isnt as I was physically there as well which you can check on your CCTV footage. How disappointing accusing me of a fake review! That is not how you treat customers or how to do business! Absolutely appalling. Would not want to do business with people like yourself with those kind of accusations!

The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The fitting team did a fantastic job, the measurements were accurate, the fitting was perfect, and they arranged the visit at a time that suited me. Imti came out to see me and got the blinds fitted within 3 days and the blinds were of the highest quality. The price was much cheaper compared to other companies! Highly recommend using this company 👍
