Coventry Garage Doors

What great guys! Courteous and professional. I have my new garage door fitted within a couple of weeks and I’m so pleased with the quality and service. Would definitely recommend.

1] We wanted a double garage door. We informed the staff at Coventry garage doors of our requirements. The staff were helpful, and they explained the available options and guided us as to what would be the most suitable for us. The engineer came out promptly and a quote was provided. 2] We ordered the door in August 2025. There were some delays with our building project and we did not require the door till June 2026. They remained patient and kept the door for us. 3] The installation was arranged efficiently and the process went smoothly. Lance and Carter came to fit the door. They were professional and calm and did a very good job. Kate was helpful throughout the process, so thank you. 4] We would recommend Coventry garage doors if you require a garage door.

From visiting the showroom through to installation was stress free. Kate was very helpful in showing me the different doors. Daniel came and measured up and gave a quotation. Lance and Derek came and fitted the doors which look beautiful and left the place cleaner with sweeping all the leaves out of my garage!

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. I initially called to arrange a quotation, which was booked fairly quickly. Daniel was supposed to arrive “around midday” on Thursday, but by nearly 12:30pm there had been no sign of him and no courtesy call or message to explain the delay. I contacted Jane, who told me he was nearby and wouldn’t be much longer. As I had other commitments, I left the site for around 20 minutes. When I returned, other tradesmen informed me Daniel had already come and gone — again, without any phone call or message to let me know. When I called Jane back, I was told he had gathered the information he needed and had already moved on to another job, despite the fact I still had questions that needed answering. I then asked when I could expect the quotation and was assured it would be sent the following day (Friday). By the following Tuesday, nothing had arrived. After another text exchange with Jane, I was told Daniel was “still working on the quote” and that it would be emailed shortly. For what should have been a straightforward garage installation quote, this was already becoming ridiculous. Two weeks later, I chased again via text. My message was read, but completely ignored. I fully expect the usual response claiming these events “don’t reflect what happened from their perspective,” but this was my experience throughout. If you’re going to advertise for work with glossy brochures and promises of professionalism, at least be capable of handling the basics of communication and customer service. Pathetic.

If it comes to customer service, I definitely do not recommend this company. You have to chase them several times about everything before anyone replies to an email. Very unprofessional. However, when it comes to the installation, I highly recommend them. The fitters were very friendly and did an excellent job installing the front door and garage door.
