Armour Windows with Flair

This is the third time we have used Armour windows over the past five to six years. Two fitters came promptly on Monday morning Josh & Dave great guys. Great workers polite friendly & efficient. left the place clean tidy on completion. Definitely my go to company if i needed doors or windows in the future. Kathy Coventry

Thank you Armour Windows for making my home safe and leak proof again! Professional from the start and finally got the lantern I’ve always wanted! Not only did these guys do an amazing job with the roof and windows. They brought me door ends, door trims to hide the horrible sealant and fixed the locking on my front door. THEY WERE ALSO CHEAPER THAN OSES (Randall ben) Phil, Dave and josh all showed professionalism and respect everyday they were here. Answered the many questions I had and shown me what they were doing every step of the way. Them lads are a credit to the company. Tidy and efficient! The whole process was seamless. Such an honest, reliable company who go above and beyond.

I would not recommend Armour Windows based on our experience. We placed a substantial order, including 14 windows, 2 French doors, a bifold door, a large aluminium picture window and a lantern, so this was far from a small installation. Unfortunately, the issues have been ongoing since October. We’ve been left with numerous outstanding snags, an incorrectly measured door that caused further delays, and multiple visits where the work was still not completed. Since January 2026, we’ve had eight separate visits, yet every time we’re told the office is “unaware” of what’s still outstanding. The fitting teams regularly arrive without the correct parts because they haven’t been informed what they need to bring, resulting in more wasted time and further delays. Despite previous fitters taking photos and documenting the outstanding work, communication between the office and installation teams appears to be extremely poor. To make matters worse, I have now asked three separate times for a manager to contact me, and despite these requests, I have still not received a single phone call or even an email. The complete lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. Months later, we’re still waiting for our FENSA certificate, which has delayed our Building Control sign-off and now risks us having to pay for an extension to our Building Control application because of delays that are completely outside of our control. For such a significant investment, I expected a professional service from start to finish. Instead, we’ve experienced poor communication, repeated delays, multiple unnecessary visits, and unresolved issues that should have been dealt with long ago. I cannot recommend Armour Windows based on our experience.

Phil and his apprentice renewed our conservatory. I was impressed with their work ethic and quality of workmanship. In extreme heat conditions they worked diligently and thoroughly.The product looks amazing and a professional job. I would like to congratulate both of them for being a pleasure to deal with

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my new windows and doors installed by Armour Windows, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Wayne and Jason were excellent from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, punctual, and took great care in their work throughout the installation process. Their attention to detail and workmanship were outstanding, and they kept everything tidy and well organised. The end result is fantastic. My new windows and doors look excellent, and the quality of the installation is clear to see. I’m absolutely delighted with the finished product and the difference it has made to my home. A huge thank you to Wayne and Jason for their hard work and professionalism. I would highly recommend Armour Windows to anyone looking for quality products and first-class installation.

Poor service. I had 3 windows replaced they got the measurements wrong twice so it delayed the works a lot. Following that there have been recurring issues with the hinges and restraints on two windows. Although they are under warranty, it takes months to get a response and resolution. They don't contact you when they say they would so you end up constantly chasing. Seems very disorganised. Just an appalling service altogether. Edit following their reply: I'm not sure why I'm being called a tenant when I'm the homeowner. You came to fix an issue under warranty but it took at least a month to get it resolved and even so it wasn't a permanent fix which is why I've had to contact again. The new fix is yet to be done after more than 2 months of waiting. The jury is out as to whether this will be a permanent fix.

Had a new back door fitted today. Fitter G.S.P has done a great job and cleared up afterwards. Very pleased would definately use Armour Windows again and will recommend to my friends.
