Concept Windows & Conservatories

Replacement windows. Good pricing. Job well planned and managed effectively on site. Regular progress updates via their head office. A satisfactory experience.

I had a fantastic experience with Concept Windows from start to finish. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The initial consultation was excellent they really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me choose windows that I absolutely love while staying within my budget. The surveyor who came out to measure was amazing; he talked me through everything clearly, helped me make decisions, and made me feel confident throughout the process. The installation team were brilliant as well, tidy, clean, professional, and genuinely nice guys to have around. Even the lady on reception who called to arrange appointments and keep me updated was so helpful and friendly. They truly went above and beyond. They even replaced some fascia boards and guttering to ensure the finished result looked good, which hadn’t even been discussed beforehand. I honestly cannot recommend them enough and would absolutely use them again for future projects.

Very pleased with Concept, from communications with their office, their product and the quality of the installation work. Would recommend.

We were extremely happy with the whole process. Very helpful and responsive - but not pushy - salesman. Fair price for the job. Excellent teams of tradesmen all through the build and construction. One small issue during the project was resolved quickly and amicably. The build, construction and materials all seem of excellent quality. If I was doing this all over again I would definitely go to Concept Windows first. I'm not being sponsored by Concept Windows to write this. Genuine review, based on our conservatory which was completed in April 2026.

I had used Concept Windows 10 years earlier to do my windows. Now it was time for a new door. I chose to have a new composite door installed. Harvey in the Edgware showroom made the choice completely painless. The installer Paul went above and beyond and installed my new door to perfection. You get what you pay for. From start to finish the experience with Concept Windows was seamless yet again. Thank you so much team.

Really impressed from start to finish. Rob was great with the initial quote and explaining all the types of products. Whilst the fitters did an excellent job. I was really impressed with all parties involved, including reception and accounts for responding to my queries. Would definitely recommend concept to friends and family.

I have used Concept windows on three occasions now, two fabulous front doors with frames and a couple of windows and I can honestly say that the quality of their products are top notch and the fitters and all the people I have dealt are extremely nice. I'm a very happy customer.
