Adam and the team were excellent. Tidy polite on time good communication throughout the process. The new roof has made a massive difference - way beyond any expectation. The living space is much cooler in the summer with extreme heat outside it has meant we can continue to enjoy our normal living day to day were as before the roof was forever couldnt use the kitchen on hot days. We engaged Apple and Oak to replace our glass conservatory roof with a Supalite system. From start to finish they did a first class job and we would highly recommend them. The team were excellent, always on time, polite and fixed any minor problems very efficiently. The job started and finished on time despite very severe high temperatures whist they were working. We were looking for a solid conservatory roof to replace the existing polycabronate roof that had been installed in 2004 and had long seen better days. Adam responded very quickly to my enquiry and came along to visit the site. The quote we received was very detailed, itemising all the work to be carried out and the timescale. In terms of cost it was also highly competitive. Adam and his team Rod, Barry and Jack were highly professional, punctual, polite and friendly throughout. They got on with the work quietly and efficiently, and the standard of workmanship was exemplary. The installation was completed on time, everything cleared away, tidied and cleaned up afterwards. We are extremely happy with our new conservatory roof, and have no hesitation in giving Apple and Oak a 5-star rating. We can thoroughly recommend them.

Apple & Oak were recommended to us by friends who had had their conservatory re-built by Apple &Oak. We wanted to replace all the glazing (windows, doors and roof) in our current conservatory with more thermo-efficient glass. The roof of our conservatory has a very high pitch so the work was not easy but it was all carried out really well. Everything was done really well - careful covering of all surfaces not being worked on, regular information each day about what had been done that day and what was envisaged for the following day, very polite people working on site who were very respectful, who we were very comfortable having in our home and who were very tidy. They also cleaned up after themselves very well and we did not have to do anything in the way of cleaning up. We would very happily recommend them to any of our friends. Quality work and quality people.

After searching for numerous companies to get my conservatory roof sorted I decided to go with Apple & Oak and couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. Adam is trustworthy and his team delivered as they said they would. Our conservatory was unusable in the winter from the cold but is so much more efficient now with the roof and window transformation. When I first contacted Adam he was very engaging over the phone and from the moment I met him in person when he measured to quote I could tell he was very professional and honest. Adam provided a comprehensive quote based on my requirements and I found it comparable with other quotes I had. What set him apart from the others was his attention to detail and knowledge of the product he was to install. From the moment we agreed Apple and Oak were to be our chosen contractor Adam took the time to explain everything in detail. On day one of the installation he and his team arrived and the installation ran to timetable, despite some inclement January weather. The whole Apple and Oak team were fantastic throughout.
