Glazing and glass repair work at City Glass Limited draws consistently positive feedback, with the speed of response emerging as a recurring theme. Several buyers describe same-day attendance for emergencies, including a lock repair and a failed window mechanism, and reviewers repeatedly mention that no task is treated as too small. Chris is named in multiple accounts, praised for identifying the cause of sticking period windows and for installing a rear door with surrounding glazing to a high standard.

Professionalism, reliability and tidiness come up often, with the team noted for leaving work areas clean. Fair pricing and clear quotes recur, and one account contrasts the cost favourably with larger firms while also highlighting the shorter timeframe. Communication features throughout, from immediate replies to helpful advice on replacement springs and saddles. Honesty and a helpful manner are common threads, as is repeat custom, with clients returning for further jobs and passing the company on to others. The work covered includes window fitting, lock repairs and general glazing.
