Excellent response from Chris to a problem with my front door. Phoned City Glass and they with me within a few hours. Very friendly and professional.

We purchased a flat in an old vicarage, and both my wife and myself had fallen in love with the large window in the lounge . However, we discovered that the springs had gone in the window and couldn't get them to stay open, which was not very convenient in the hot weather. Chris was recommended to us and immediately saw the problem and advised us that it would require replacement saddles for the springs , which after some research found suitable replacements. Chris and Joe had had finished one of the smaller windows and had taken out the largest, when we had a heavy rainstorm and high wind wetting them both, but to their credit carried on and finished it. Ironically as they started on the other small window the sun came out. We can not thank Chris and Joe not only for their hard work and skill, but also there politeness and would definitely recommend. Chris and City Glass have been really helpful with my house in Portsmouth. He replaced dappled glass within my front door that had been broken in. Also fixed and replaced double glazed windows too.

I needed a repair and the price was fair. The service was quick. And very honest company. I will definitely recommend when asked about Window repairs/ fitting. And any future works I will look to use in future.
