What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Double glazing installation, window and door replacement work and glass repair jobs form the core of what this Southampton company handles, according to the feedback it has gathered. More than one customer describes the fitting of composite front doors, rear doors, windows and bifold doors, along with smaller tasks such as new window hinges and a shower screen for a home extension.

More than one review highlights the quality of the finished work, with attention to detail and colour matching singled out, and the reliability of the team. Named fitters Martin, Jack, Tony and Wayne are praised for being polite, friendly and helpful, and one account describes how Wayne dealt with a problem within minutes. A further point that comes up often is the speed of the service, both in carrying out jobs and in resolving faults, such as a rear door lock that was promptly fixed.

Customers also refer to clear pricing and good value, with the ordering and design advice from Wayne described as expert input. The same company has been used again for further windows and doors, and passed on to friends and family. Friendly, efficient dealings from the first phone call through to completion are a recurring theme.

Jason and Gary looked after my elderly mum so well. They went above and beyond to take care of her small job, and as her daughter, I was really impressed and reassured in the way they treated her. Excellent service and value. Highly recommend

Martin and Jack or any of the others don’t turn up after visiting them at the premises and the calling them too. They came recommended and now none of us will ever use, let alone recommend the company.

Everyone involved in the process was amazing. From the surveyors to the installation. Martin and Jack did an excellent job on installing the windows. Were polite and friendly throughout the process and even looked at(and fixed) another issue. We're due to get another window and a couple of doors replaced and will be definitely using these guys again. Definitely will recommend when friends and family ask about windows.
