He came to my house, took his time with the design, and really listened to all of my questions and ideas before making any recommendations. Nothing felt rushed at all. He explained everything clearly, including the security features, which gave me great peace of mind. The level of service was first class from start to finish. From start to finish the experience has been wonderful with Chiltern Doors & Windows. Louis was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was ever to much trouble for him & the range of doors & the prices offered were brilliant. We opted for a Compdoor due to the technology, colour & glass options, it has the added benefit of. kubu sensor built in. On the day of fitting 2 fitters & quickly set about their work in an efficient manner. They put protective cloth down inside the house, put in their hi Viz jackets & started to remove the old door. Any questions I had about what they were doing they were only to pleased to answer. They soon had the frame up for the new door & took their time ensure it was level, the door hung straight before fixing it to the property & making good any edges with architrave & silicon. After I stall they cleaned the door , removed all rubbish from the work area & greased the locking mechanism. The level of detail & professionalism to installing a door really amazed me, they knew what they were doing, took their time & did a great job, quite often you find people just wanting to install it as quickly xk as they came before moving onto the next job..these fitters took their time to show me how the door operates, how to setup the Kubu sensor & how to maintain the door. An extremely pleasant experience all round & I shall certainly be purchasing other doors from them & sharing their details when people ask about new doors or windows amongst friends & family. Really impressed

We recently had a new garage door fitted by Chiltern Doors and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From visiting their showroom to the final installation, everything was first class.
