Green Doors

Avoid this company!!! This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have dealt with in years. What should have been a simple issue involving missing parts turned into endless emails, repeated explanations, photographs, measurements and complete wasted time. Despite repeatedly explaining that the hinge component is functional and not cosmetic, and despite clearly identifying the screw sizes required, the company still proceeded to send incorrect parts which are completely useless. What is most disappointing is not the mistake itself — mistakes happen — but the complete failure to properly listen to the customer despite multiple opportunities to correct the issue. As someone with years of building and property experience, I find it astonishing that basic replacement components for their own products appear so difficult to identify correctly. I am now left wasting even more time escalating what should have been resolved properly from the beginning. Poor communication, poor understanding of the issue, incorrect parts supplied and an extremely disappointing overall experience. I would not personally recommend based on my experience. After care is appalling !!!!!!!

You also supplied a new sill because the other one was slightly damaged. I am so pleased. and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending your Company best wishes for the future. Vic.

So impressed with this company all the way from Elena in sales support to the kind delivery driver. Bought a beautiful glass and wood solid wood door with a frame vintage. Will post a picture once it’s installed. Have 3 more doors to order! This is the perfect example of architectural salvage gone right.

Was looking for some Windows or doors to make an outside area a bit more weather tight found these bifold doors perfect size excellent condition and as described. was delivered within three days installed over this weekend. definitely be using you again and we'll recommend you to others

Green Doors have a vast supply and the prices are good. It is reassuring to know someone has assessed the doors, windows etc allowing us to buy with confidence. I’m painting my upvc sliding doors with specialist paint before installing. All going well. Delivery chaos was super helpful
