Blinds and Shutter Wokingham

I chose Blinds and Shutters Wokingham , after a recommendation from my Neighbour . It was a pleasure dealing with all the staff , from my initial consultation , to measuring my Landing window , and finally the fitting of my new Blind . I am extremely Happy with everything and so pleased with the new Blind . I would definitely recommend Blinds and Shutters , and a big thank you to all the Team at Wokingham .

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Berkshire Blinds & Shutters was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. I paid over £2,500 for blinds in July, with a quoted lead time of 3–5 weeks. Instead, the full installation took more than 14 weeks, and only after repeated chasing. Nearly every step of the process went wrong: 1) The initial measurements for my most important item — a bedroom blackout blind — were incorrect. 2) The wrong blinds were manufactured and installed across almost the entire flat. 3) The blackout blind had to be reordered twice due to mistakes. 4) Communication was slow, unclear, and I had to constantly follow up for updates. I was repeatedly told the issues were the manufacturer’s fault, rather than the company taking responsibility for their supplier or their own measurement errors. To their credit, the installer was professional and did his best, but he was left dealing with problems he didn’t cause. After all the delays, errors, and inconvenience, the company offered only £200 in “goodwill”, which does not come close to reflecting the time lost, stress caused, or the complete failure to deliver anything close to the promised service level. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Berkshire Blinds & Shutters to anyone. The lack of accountability and the number of mistakes were unacceptable, and I regret choosing them.

Tina has made and also altered curtains for me for many years and recently she made some lovely Roman Blinds for me and as always she’s done a brilliant job Thank u Tina

Love our blinds & they were put up easily & tidily. Managed to get a pre Christmas slot too which was great. Will definitely order more blinds. Just had our second lot of blinds fitted. Very pleased

I would like top go on record to praise the company, and Emily in particular, for the efficient and professional way she conducted herself during a recent visit to provide quotations for electric blinds to replace manually operated blinds in our garden room. Very impressed.

Recently had our shutters fitted and they look incredible. We can't recommend Berkshire Blinds & Shutters enough, from ordering to installation, they were super helpful & efficient. We will be recommending to everyone.
