Harmony Blinds

Matt, of Harmony Blinds, was kind enough to come over to check the new kitchen blackout blind, which wasn't operating as it did when first installed a little while ago. Not only did he change the small motor device, which had failed, but also made an adjustment to the way the blind hung, so that the 'operating cords' were easier for me, although perfectly correct as when he hung the blind. My biggest surprise was that I was not charged anything for Matt's time and effort, which amazed me! This is a wonderful, family-run business where old-fashioned values about customer care are extremely important. This is another reason for wholeheartedly recommending Harmony Blinds!

Peter and Matthew fitted shutters with integrated black out blinds to my upstairs after Peter had already fitted roller blinds downstairs for me. I had great service but I expected that as I used Peter before about 15 years ago for vertical blinds. I always recommend Harmony Blinds to people.

Harmony Blinds installed 4-sets of blinds a few months ago. The entire process, from survey, quotation to installation were very professional, and the product was exactly as expected. Very pleased, hence the 5-stars. Highly recommend.

We had shutter blinds installed back in 2021 and I thought at the time I left a complimentary review but upon wanting to update it I couldn’t locate it! We were and still remain impressed with the product however one of the blinds over night began to creep open, a look online suggested it was a simple tensioner adjustment. I attempted in situ and eventually removed the blind to gain access over an hour later no success. I called Peter for guidance, he was on a job but said he would call in later.True to his word he turned up but was unable to rectify as he didn’t have the repair kit with him. He took the blind away and returned the following morning having replaced the tensioner spring and screws which I perhaps damaged during my failed attempts to adjust. The old adage that you can tell how good a Company is how they react to a problem. Harmony Blinds response was superb and the whole process from quotation through to installation was impeccable and the cost at the time was extremely competitive. If you want a true professional experience Harmony Blinds is your answer!
