Enterting the show the lady was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the awning products. We placed an order, they came on a day very soon afterwards to measure up. This gentleman was very efficient and gave us advice about size etc. The order was placed and we were advised it would be about 6 weeks before it arrived. It arrived within this time and the fitters came and within an hour they had fitted the blind, given us a demostration and answered any questions. We were completly satisfied with the service and would highly recommend the company.

1st class service from walking in the shop 👌 👏. Great, friendly advice/help and a fair price. I just wanted the vertical slats with weights, hooks and chain to prep my Mums flat for sale and fit myself as she lives up north. I did have some issues hanging them and the owner did a few WhatsApp video calls to talk me through it and was most helpful equallying a great end result THANK YOU SO MUCH Good old fashioned service and support! You don't get that online!
