Best Glass & Glazing Ltd

Best Glass & Glazing Ltd has been established for over 50 years and is based in London and Leicester. The company serves Greater London, The Midlands and most places in-between. It specialises in commercial and domestic glazing. Clients have included DeMonford Hall, Donkey Music Venue, Taylor Wimpy and Very Bazaar (Global Shopping). Services include glazing, secondary glazing, splashbacks, bespoke mirrors, stained glass and security glass.

A recurring theme across feedback is the hands-on, personal service associated with Paul, who appears in nearly every account, often working alongside Craig. Customers describe swift replies to enquiries, careful measuring and quoting, and fitting completed precisely as arranged. The jobs covered include bespoke kitchen splashbacks in clear, antique and mirror glass, matching mirrored pillar panels, replacement of failed double-glazing units, broken window panes, a made-to-measure shower screen and the restoration of century-old leaded door windows. Reviewers repeatedly note that the team was courteous, efficient and left the work area clean and tidy once finished.

Communication is described as straightforward and consistent throughout, from the first message to the completed installation, with several people remarking that Paul honoured his commitments and kept to schedule. Calm, effective problem-solving during a shower screen fit is singled out for praise. Charges are considered reasonable, and the general manner is friendly and professional, with nothing treated as too much trouble. Several of those commenting say they have already commissioned additional work or would call on the Leicester company again for further glazing projects.
