Absolutely thrilled with our new shutters! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The installation was carried out with great care and professionalism, and the finished result has completely transformed our home. The shutters look stunning, fit perfectly, and have exceeded all our expectations. The cost was also very reasonable, offering excellent value for the quality of both the product and the workmanship. This is the second house, BellaVista have installed shutters for us. All the superlatives we wrote in our previous review, apply to our recent installation. We did check their quote against 2 other companies and found it very competitive (as before). BellaVista provide a very bespoke, quality,professional and personal service, which we again can not praise highly enough. Alfio who does the fitting is a master craftsman and does an immaculate job. There is also a ten year guarantee on the installation.

Had 3 companies to quote on shutters, including 2 of the big companies. Found Bellavista to be far more thorough in their measuring process and were able to offer all blinds, including PVC ensuite and bathroom in the same colour. Given a 7-9 week lead time. This was far less than the big companies but goods are transported by rail and true to their word, arrived bang on 7 weeks! Shutters are of great quality and the fitting was spot on. Arrived ontime and fitting was quick and even cleaned up after. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great customer service from initial visit to installation of shutters and blinds. I absolutely love my shutters, already noticing how they keep the cold out and the warm in.
